Brass Urns

Each of our single brass urns comes in two sizes: a full adult urn holding 3 to 3.4 litres and a keepsake about 7cm tall in the same design, so relatives sharing the ashes can each keep a matching urn.

They're hand-finished in colours from silver to copper leaf, close with a threaded lid and arrive in a grey velvet bag. For two people, our floral-engraved doubles hold about 6.5 litres.

Choosing a brass urn

Adult and keepsake sizes

Pick the adult size for the main share of the ashes and add keepsakes for anyone who'd like to keep some close. The keepsakes stand 6.5 to 7cm tall and hold 0.05 to 0.07 litres, a small token of the ashes.

Each size has its own display plinth, 29cm long for the adult urn and 20cm for the keepsake, with a brass or silver plaque engraved with up to 75 characters at no extra cost.

Colours and finishes

The range runs from silver, French grey and graphite to white, brass and gold, and copper leaf. The Ocean Blue & Pewter brass urn has an engraved band around the body that's echoed on the lid, and the Copper Leaf brass urn is copper plated with engraved detail all over.

Brass urns for two

The double brass urn in silver floral and its silver and gold partner hold about 6.5 litres, with a flower pattern engraved from base to lid. They don't come in keepsake sizes, and you'll find other designs for couples on our double urns page.

If you'd like something lighter, our metal urns include a bronze aluminium urn and designs sized for pets.
