I ordered this item on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. Albeit, my postman dropped it off on his way home from work. Otherwise it would have been delivered on the Friday. So grateful for the prompt delivery as mum was being buried with dad on the Monday. The casket was lovely and was made even more special by the brass plaque that it came fitted with. I would definitely order again if the ocassion ever arose.

Excellent service and beautiful product. The brass plaque was engraved beautifully, which was important to me as it was for my mums ashes. The casket was well made and of quality. Customer service is also top notch, received a reply very promptly to my question. Would highly recommend.
