Received the urn soon after order. It looks really tasteful, feels solid and I like to think my mum would have liked it. Just wish they weren't so expensive, but it was made in Italy so you get what you pay for.
As promised, my order was delivered well before the estimated delivery date, and I was absolutely blown away. It looks even better in person than it did in the photo.
I also made an error with the date on my order, and Roger corrected it for me without any fuss. His communication was excellent throughout.

Urn arrived quickly. The engraved plate was neat and engraving appropriately sized. Nicely finished oak wood and packaging was perfect. Came with a lovely soft bag for covering plastic ashes bag and a suitably sized strong carry/presentation cover bag and instructions. I was very pleased with everything about this purchase and product.

I think the ashes casket was made to a really high quality and the plaque was correct in its formatting and text. The website was easy to understand and order. Delivery was very quick and well packaged I loved the free loin bag given. I had to buy the double casket as you are on the few companies that do this size of presenting boxes in which i am going to be taking my late fathers sealed cremation urn abroad and this was one of the few sizes that would fit.
